Dance Fitness
If want to get your heart pumping, why not try dancing? One of my favorite ways to do cardio at home is to play a string of dance cardio workouts back-to-back. ReFit and the Fitness Marshall on YouTube are 2 of my favorites. They do individual songs so you can find a few of your favorites and make a playlist, or you can select one and let the Autoplay function on YouTube do the work for you.

HIIT
For a quick and effective cardio burn, try making up a HIIT style workout at home. Pick your 5 favorite cardio moves and do them 1 at a time for 30 seconds. Rest for 10-30 seconds in between and repeat 3-4 times for a quick 15 minute at home workout.

Working out from home doesn’t have to be complicated or cost money. All you need is a screen and access to the internet. So get your sweat on! And if you live in an apartment like me with downstairs neighbors, you can turn any jumping workout into a quiet low impact workout by stepping instead of hopping or only lifting your heels off the ground when you jump. You can still get a great workout in this way!
